Tender Description
Council is seeking Tenders submissions from experienced and suitably qualified and capable Contractors to undertake the Loyola Reserve Drainage and Oval Works.
The total project will be divided into two separate parts as follows. The extent of works incorporated in the drawings and specifications include but not limited to:
Part 1 – Drainage Works
• Preliminaries and preparation;
• Oval Drainage – pipe and pits supply and installation works; and
• Irrigation reinstatement works.
Part 2 - Relevelling of Playing Surface
• Earthworks; and
• Turf establishment – sprigging or re-turfing of oval.
Note, works under Part 2 are dependent of additional funding and will proceed at Council’s discretion.
