Tender Description
Colac Otway Shire Council is seeking to conclude development of the Southern Trailhead and the intent of this project/RFQ is to source a suitable supplier to construct and install an engineered gateway/entrance arch to the network as a statement piece. The entrance arch will lead riders from the carpark to the trailhead and mountain bike network. The archway is a key element of the trailhead precinct as per the Forrest MTB Detailed Design Project which aims to create a branded entrance to the network.
