Description
The works at Royal Park Tennis Court - Car Park Renewal, Site Address The Avenue Parkville.
In general, these works will comprise the widening of the existing carpark delivery including:
- Site establishment, including implementation of OH&S requirements during works onsite.
- Remove existing gravel pavement (reuse on site) and asphalt footpath.
- Asphalting the car park surface area which will include 28 line-marked parking bays & one disabled parking bay.
- New access path and shared asphalt path.
- Remove existing bluestone kerb and channel (to be delivered to Citywide depot in North Melbourne) and supply new cast in situ concrete kerb to form carpark edge.
- Construct a new driveway off The Avenue.
- Supply and construct new stormwater drains, junction pits, and grated pits as per drawings and specification detail.
- Construction of a pedestrian footpath.
- CCTV of new stormwater drainage.
- Installation of bicycle storage.
- DDA compliant Asphalt ramp.
- Installation of a new swing gate at the entrance of the car park.
- Removal of existing trees and planting of additional new trees and shrubs by another contractor.
- New TGSI', pram crossings, and kerb and channel as detailed in drawings and specifications.
- Supply and install bollards as per drawings and specification detail.
- Supply and install signs and line marking as per drawings and specification detail.
- Reinstate landscape area.
- Clean up the site and make good.
- Provide as-built drawings to the City of Melbourne built Spatial Standards.
