Tender Description
The provision of a quality-assured contract for the Erica Avenue Stage 2 Streetscape Works. This construction program includes the following activities:
• Demolition of existing kerb & channel and footpath;
• Concrete kerb & channel and footpath works;
• Segmental paving works;
• Landscaping works including planting and garden beds;
• Electrical works;
• Road pavement and associated works.
Tenderers are required to attend a compulsory pre-tender meeting which will be held in Function Room 2, Knox City Council Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna on Thursday, 17 August 2023 commencing at 2.00 pm.
Tenderers are requested to price this tender as set out in the schedules to allow Council to award the tender as one package.
Tenderers for this project are to be pre-qualified with the Civil Contractors Federation or Council-approved equivalent.
Tenderers will be required to submit a detailed works program for the entire work and this will form a key element of the evaluation process.
Tenderers should note that all work for this contract shall be completed as specified within the approved submitted Works Program and no later than 31 May 2024.
