Warrnambool City Council is seeking quotations for the demolition and removal of auctioneer’s walkway at the saleyards.
The successful contractor is to remove and store, at the saleyards, approximately 450 metres of auctioneer’s walkways. The auctioneer’s walkways are to be broken into 5 metre complete sections. Each 5 metre section will comprise walkway, kick rails, handrails, intermediate rails angle supports and pipe post supports. The support posts are to be cut off at concrete level and the 5 metre sections are to be supported and the carefully stacked in the viewing area at the saleyards for future use.
The required practical completion date for the works is 29 September 2023.
