Tender Description
This project consists of the construction of Pedestrian Refuge, footpath and pedestrian crossing and associated works on George Rd, Ararat.
All works are to be completed during the school holiday period of either 18 September 2023 to 29 September 2023; or 22 December 2023 to 26 January 2023 the date will be as agreed with Council’s authorised representative.
The contractor is responsible for the construction of Pedestrian Refuge, footpath and pedestrian crossing and all associated work in accordance with this scope of works, including the supply of all labour, plant hire and materials.
The contractor is required to obtain all necessary permits, i.e., working in road reserve (no fee applicable), service authority approvals, etc. prior to work commencing.
