Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Department for Health and Wellbeing requires the implementation of a new model for people who are homeless that are ready for discharge from acute settings.

As part of this process, the Department for Health and Wellbeing would like to invite potential Respondents to a Pre-Tender Industry Briefing for the supply of these services.
