Tender Description
Swan Hill Rural City Council is seeking responses from suitably qualified and experienced individuals and organisations, to provide consultancy services for the delivery of the “Swan Hill Landfill Cell 1” construction project.
The consultant will be responsible for:
• The successful and timely delivery of the project in its entirety, through both project and contract/contractor management.
• Ensuring compliancy of the project to all safety, quality and regulatory requirements
• Providing regular reports on progress and project issues to Council.
• Geotechnical Inspection and Testing Authority (GITA) services as elaborated further below.
