Tender Description
Council invites Tenders for the annual supply of asphalting works. Council seeks to appoint a panel of suitably qualified Contractors to perform the Works as required by Council.
Any entity capable of performing or providing the Works and willing to comply with the Panel Conditions is invited to submit a Tender to Council by the Closing Date.
The successful Contractors will be appointed to the Panel. Upon appointment of the Panel, Council will utilise those Panellist(s) as required in accordance with the Conditions of Contract and Panel Conditions. The initial contract term will be for a period of three years with an extension option of up to a maximum of two years which can be exercised at the absolute and unfettered discretion of Council.
