Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council invite companies to download tender documentation and submit a tender for the above-mentioned Works contract.

Please ensure tender submissions are submitted before the tender close date and time.

Late tenders will not be accepted.

The scope of works in this contract includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Lighting poles and associated footings for sports lighting (tennis courts)
  • Sports Floodlights
  • Connect to existing 'Book A Court' Lighting Control System
  • New court lighting distribution board
  • Electrical wiring and reticulation
  • Authority approvals
  • Removal and disposal of redundant poles. luminaires and associated equipment
  • Testing and commissioning, including aiming of luminaires, and measurement of lighting levels to verify compliance with AS 2560.
  • Operational and Maintenance Manuals
  • 12 months defects liability
