Indigo Shire Council in North East Victoria manages several Heritage Buildings throughout the Shire and is seeking quotes from appropriately qualified and experienced Contractors to inspect and provide a report on potential maintenance and repairs to be completed over the next 5 years.
Council is seeking to engage suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to undertake a Building Inspection and provide a written report listing potential woks required over the next 5 years for the following Buildings:
Beechworth Town Hall.
Burke Museum Beechworth.
All Buildings in Beechworth Historic Precinct.
Quercus Buildings x 2 in Beechworth.
Chiltern Courthouse.
Yackandandah Courthouse.
Yackandandah Public Hall (full Hall)
