Indigo Shire Council located in North East Victoria operates four Depots throughout the Shire and is seeking a report from suitably qualified Engineers on the structural integrity of the Buildings at our Yackandandah Depot.
Yackandandah Council Depot houses a substantial workshop and associated buildings, some of which were relocated to the site several years ago. Due to the age and nature of the Buildings we have concerns about the structural integrity of the Buildings. It is therefore Councils desire to alleviate these concerns by arranging a structural report from an appropriately qualified Engineer and completing any rectification works that are identified.
Council is therefore seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Engineer to undertake the following at our Yackandandah Depot, 4 Station Lane, Yackandandah, 3749:
- Inspection and Report on the structural integrity of buildings.
- Recommendations for the rectification of all identified defects.
