Wollondilly Shire Council are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified, licensed and experienced Construction contractors for the procurement of the proposed works and services as outlined below.
This Tender is for the Construction of a new outdoor performance stage with amenities at Picton Botanic Gardens.
The facility will require a raised concrete slab with surrounding steps, include an amenities facility, changing room and storage room. Requirement of external works such as new sewer and electrical connection, landscaping and all other associated works.
The resulting contract will be a Lump Sum Contract.
