Bendigo Kangan Institute is seeking to engage a Roller Door & Shutter Servicing and Maintenance contractor for its Metropolitan sites. Services required may be of a scheduled nature, general repairs, or emergency repair including out of hours emergencies.

It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to supply all necessary tools and equipment to perform the work as requested. The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining such supplies, materials, and parts. Such supplies, materials and parts shall be of good quality and the cost of such shall be billed as reflected in the Proposal.

The Contractor understands that any work performed, including material and labour, exceeding ten thousand dollars ($10,000) shall be subject to the Bendigo TAFE Purchasing Policy requirements. The TAFE reserves the right to place out for bid or solicit quotes from other vendors for any job that is estimated to go over this amount.

The Service Contract will remain in effect for two (2) years from the date of award.

Upon the mutual agreement of both parties, the Service Contract may be renewed in one-year increments at the rates submitted in the proposal for a total period not to exceed two (2) years.

Broadmeadows Campus – Pearcedale Parade, Broadmeadows, 3047

Docklands Campus – 1 Batmans Hill Drive, Docklands, 3008

Essendon Campus – 38 Buckley Street, Essendon, 3040

Richmond Campus – 85 Cremorne Street, Cremorne, 3121
