Tender Description
The University is planning to release a tender for Enhancing Computed Tomography system (WS1269906563).
The project is to replace the existing 16-slice CT scanner with the purchase of a new dual energy or spectral CT scanner, post-processing hardware and software with associated remote access.
This proposed new CT scanner would be pivotal in enabling teaching with methodologies currently used in the healthcare workplace. Furthermore, although the proposed scanner will overwhelmingly be used in teaching, potential synergies in the form of use for research and healthcare provision have been identified.
