Tender Description
Yarra Ranges Shire Council (‘Council’) invites tenders from suitably experienced and resourced parties for the management and provision of Pavement and Line Marking Services (‘the Services’).
A Services (General Conditions) Contract is the applicable form of contract. The Initial Contract Term is three (3) years. Council has the sole discretion of two additional options to extend the contract for up to an additional two (2) years each. Council also has the solo option to terminate for convenience at any time with three (3) months' written notice.
