Tender Description
Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and capable contractors for the reconstruction of Warringal Parklands Oval and Ford Park North Oval. The works will include all associated services generally incorporated in the approved drawings, plans, and specifications. The successful Contractor will be appropriately experienced and resourced to deliver the project.
The works include, but are not limited to the following:
- Demolition and removal of existing oval infrastructure;
- Earthworks;
- Drainage works;
- Irrigation works;
- Root zone mix installation;
- Turfgrass establishment and maintenance; and
Note: Both oval reconstruction projects will be evaluated separately for each contractor and Council may proceed to award both projects to individual contractors or both projects to one contractor.
