Tender Description
The Rural City of Wangaratta (RCOW) invites contractors to submit their responses for the Everton Tennis Court redevelopment Plan. RCoW has budgeted this project to improve the existing Tennis Court in Everton, which is used for several local tennis tournaments around the year. As a part of this improvement RCoW plans to replace the existing court pavement with new asphalt courts and acrylic sports surface with linemarking.
Tenders will include the following:
• Itemised Pricing for the delivery of the Services; and
• Overview of the proposed study including but not limited to, project aims and objectives, project scope, methodology, schedule or timeline and project budget Detailed business planning and governance models will be addressed separately and are not required in this feasibility.
Tenderers should make their own assessment of the Services to be provided, and base their tenders accordingly.
