Tenders are invited and
will be received up to 2:00 pm Tuesday 23 May 2023 for:
Works associated with the relocation of the existing recycled materials
processing operations (and associated civil and drainage works) to a new
location within the Summerhill Waste Management Centre (SWMC) at Wallsend.
The proposed scope of work includes:
- cut and fill existing ground conditions;
- create surfaces suitable for pavements to facilitate car parking, housing of
lightweight "temporary" structures and heavy vehicle access roads;
- minor site preparation and footing works;
- relocation and installation of 1 x existing container-mounted shelter for
paper and cardboard;
- relocation and installation of 1 x existing container mounted shelter for
co-mingled recycling;
- relocation and installation of existing Type F Barrier litter fencing;
- car park for approximately 4 spaces;
- An access road;
- Stormwater and leachate management network.
A non-mandatory pre-tender site meeting will be held at 10:00 am on 2 May 2023
at the SWMC Administration Building, 141 Minmi Road Wallsend NSW 2287.
