The Opportunity
The Melbourne and Olympic Parks Trust (MOPT) invites suitably experienced agencies to submit a proposal for the development of a three-year Customer Experience Strategy for Melbourne & Olympic Parks.
MOPT is seeking to partner with an agency with direct, demonstrable experience in developing customer experience strategies for the live sports, entertainment and venue industries or large multiuse high customer visitation destinations.
MOPT recognises that this is a very specific scope of work and might not be the right opportunity for all Customer Experience agencies in the market, particularly those with a core focus on UX and digital, or digital CX applications.
