Colac Otway Shire Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced architectural firm/s with demonstrated experience in designing recreational facilities. The work to be performed is to produce a Concept Review/ Development & Schematic Design for Elliminyt Recreation Reserve Pavilion Redevelopment Works & Concept Review/ Development, Schematic Design & Technical Documentation for Irrewillipe Recreation Reserve Pavilion (new off-field facilities – clubrooms/social rooms/flexible community space, change rooms and amenities, and public amenities). The RFQ documents  provide details of the requirements of this Consultancy.
