Tender Description
There will be a number of suitably qualified and experienced Contractors appointed to a panel (Panel) under this Tender (a maximum of 5 for each trade or construction service type). Under the Contract, the Panel will be offered the opportunity to provide schedule of rates prices for the trade and construction services to Council.
The appointment of Contractors to the Panel does not oblige Council to provide any Contractor with any or a minimum number of jobs over the Term of the Contract and does not confer any rights of exclusivity on any Contractor.
Nothing in this Contract affects the rights of Council to engage parties not appointed to the Panel to perform services for Council which are the same, or similar to, the Works.
