Tender Description
Development Victoria (DV) is seeking an VESI / Powercor Accreditated contractor to the deliver HV power upgrade for the Werribee Open Range Zoo Expansion (Project). This Request for Proposal (RFP) invites Accreditated Contractors to submit a fee proposal in accordance with the scope of works.

- Part A – Conditions of Tendering sets out the conditions applying to this RFT that applies to all bidders
- Part B – Tender Details provides the submission timelines and evaluation methodology
- Part C – Scope of Works detailing the Contractors requirements and site specific requirements
- Part D – Response Forms contains all forms to be submitted by the bidder
Bidders are required to submit a fee proposal by 2:00pm Tuesday 9 May (AEST) via this Buying for Victoria tender portal.
