Tender Description
The purpose of this EOI is to identify organisations (including consortia or subcontracting) with relevant experience in specific fields of, clinical assessment and planning, data collation and analysis, stakeholder engagement and project management, with capacity to:
• determine the suitability and capacity of existing facilities to accommodate contemporary models of care for health facilities in line with the Australasian Health Facility Guidelines and Victorian health service accreditation polices.
• to deliver high quality data and reporting into the Department’s Asset Information Management System
• develop and administer communication and stakeholder management plans for multiple health services, site campuses and Victorian Government divisions, ensuring concise and accurate messaging and scheduling of site assessments.
