Tender Description
Mitchell Shire Council is seeking a suitably qualified principal consultant to undertake the Greenhill Precinct Masterplan and Business Case.
The principal consultant will be expected to lead a multi-disciplinary project team to undertake the works outlined in this brief.
This project will build on previously completed studies to allow for a masterplan to be agreed and a business case developed to meet the needs of the community, Council, and potential funding partners.
