Tender Description
Council proposes to engage a panel of suitably qualified and capable civil design consultants to support the delivery of the capital works programme.
It is expected that up to 5 consultants will be appointed to the panel.
The Initial Contract Term shall be for a maximum initial period of 1 year with the option to extend for further periods of any duration up to a maximum extension period of 3 years via 3 x 1 year extensions. Exercising the optional extension period(s) shall be at the sole discretion of Council and subject to the Contractor’s satisfactory performance during the Initial Contract Term.
Most project construction costs will range from $10,000 to $200,000 in value with a few up to $400,000.
In the document are three projects each consultant must price as part of the evaluation process. You are required to price for the design service of the projects only, the price should also allow for 2 meetings with council officers.
