Expressions of interest in the form of a proposal inclusive of costs is invited from interested individuals or organisations that are suitably qualified and experienced to provide professional services in the planning, construction, operating and providing a Management Plan of a Landfill Gas Capture System for Tharbogang Waste Management Centre, Griffith City Council's largest Waste Management Centre.
This Expression of Interest seeks to identify possible future partnerships from the private sector to establish and operate a Landfill Gas Capture System at Tharbogang Waste Management Centre.
