Tender Description
Council (the Principal) is seeking submissions from the selected qualified and experienced Contractors for its Cladding Renewal Works at Merrylands Library & Administration Building. The work is in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFx.
The work is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the pricing schedules herein.
Pretender site briefing / inspection (mandatory)
All respondents are required to attend the mandatory pre-tender site briefing / inspection on Wednesday the 8th of March 2023 10:30 AM.
Should the respondent fail to attend the site inspection and sign the pretender site attendance sheet, its tender will not be considered.
