WorkSafe has been funded by the Victorian Government to deliver on the expansion of WorkWell as part of Recommendation #4 of the Ministerial Taskforce in Workplace Sexual Harassment. This includes the establishment of a workplace sexual harassment Learning Network, named ‘WorkSafe Victoria’s WorkWell Respect Network’.

WorkWell provides access to knowledge, resources and funding opportunities. As an expansion of this program, we have now launched the WorkWell Respect Network. This program will partner with successful applicants referred to as the ‘lead organisations’ to address and prevent the risk of work-related gendered violence, including sexual harassment.

WorkSafe is seeking to fund one organisation to lead a consortium of partners, to collaboratively design and deliver the WorkSafe Victoria WorkWell Respect Network (the Respect Network). The Respect Network is a professional learning network that will engage Victorian workplace leaders on how to prevent and respond to work-related gendered violence.
