Tender Description
The Mildura Schools Land trust (also known as Mildura College Leases (MCL)) is established under the Education and Training Reform Act 2006, specifically Part 5.7A. The Minister for Education holds land in trust for beneficiary schools within the Sunraysia district. There are approximately 180 leased land parcels comprising rural, residential, and commercial land. Current gross income is approximately $1.8 mil pa. The Minister only owns and leases the land. The buildings and other improvements to the land are owned by the tenant. The leases are up to 50 year terms.
