Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Council is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 2223-035 for the provision of design and construction of a modular changing places/toilet facility within Alistair Knox Park, Eltham VIC 3095

 
The facility is to be modular style construction and comprise 1 - fully compliant changing places, with shower, one fully accessible toilet and 6 unisex ambulant toilets. The Changing Places Facility must be 100% compliant and must be certified as a changing places facility.
 
The Council is seeking to appoint a single provider to deliver the works.
 
It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around 1 May 2023 with an intended practical completion date of no later than 31 May 2024.
