Horizon Power invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitability qualified, capable, and experienced organisations to supply Professional Engineering Services.
Horizon Power is a State Government-owned, commercially focused statutory corporation that provides safe and reliable power to more than 100,000 residents and 10,000 businesses including major industry, in regional towns and remote communities across Western Australia.
Scope:
Horizon Power is seeking to establish a long-term panel of Professional Engineering suppliers to provide the following scope of services;
- Planning and Scoping
- Generation - Traditional (Design and Engineering Services)
- Generation - Renewables (Maintenance Design Services)
- Transmission (Substation and Lines Design and Engineering Services)
- Distribution (Design and Engineering Services)
- Protection Services (Design and Settings)
- Field Services (Testing and Commissioning of Primary and Secondary Systems)
- Support Services
- Professional Labour Hire
Respondents are invited to express interest for one or multiple scopes of service. Scope descriptions are published in the Expression of Interest documents.
