ABOUT THE TENDERER
The University of Adelaide, established in 1874, has over 25,000 students and 3,500 staff and researchers. The University has a strong reputation internationally as a leading research and teaching institution.
ABOUT THE TENDER
The University of Adelaide has a long-term lease for Bullrush Park/Warnpangga (Park 10) and Red Gum Park/Karrawirra (Park 12) from the Adelaide City Council. The two parks accommodate a wide variety of sporting activities. The Park 10 and 12 Masterplan identifies the upgrade of change facilities in the Park 12 Grandstand as a priority. This project will improve the core facilities within the existing Heritage listed Grandstand footprint and ensure its future functionality. Excluded from these works are the rest of the building, including the clubroom and public amenities.
