Tender Description
Development Victoria will release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a building surveyor for one of the lots within the Fisherman’s Bend Innovation Precinct.
Key aspects of the scope of works are anticipated to include:
Stage 1:
- Concept Design advice
Stage 2:
- Building Permit preparation, application, and approvals
- Assessment of protection works and notices (if required)
- Fire Brigade Regulation report
- Inspections and occupancy permit/certificate of final inspection.
Stage 2 services, if used, will take place at the discretion of Development Victoria.
The procurement will be released as a single phase select tender, with participants selected through the Building Surveyor category of the Victorian Government Construction Supplier Register (CSR).
The procurement will be subject to the Ministerial Direction for Public Construction Procurement in Victoria, Local Jobs First Policy as a strategic project and the Social Procurement Framework.
