Tender Description
Jubilee Park reserve is located in Frankston, bounded by Hillcrest Road to the South and Nursery Avenue to the North. The pavilion is located in Jubilee Park, 1/83R-85R Hillcrest Road, Frankston (bounded by Hillcrest Road to the South and Nursery Avenue to the North), which is the home of FYC Football Netball Club, The Frankston Peninsula Cricket Club.
The scope of Works is summarised below:
- Partial demolition of the pavilion
- Implement gas mitigation works to the existing and proposed slab
- Extension of the existing pavilion to include public toilets, additional change rooms, additional storage, new scorers box, solar upgrades and viewing areas
- Demolition of the existing curators shed and the construction of a new curator's shed adjacent to the new pavilion connected via a breezeway.
