Council invites companies to download quote documentation and submit a quote for the above mentioned contract.

Late quotes will not be accepted.
All quote questions must be raised via the online forum.
Kingston City Council (KCC) is seeking to appoint qualified and experienced Consultants to work with them on the facilitation of a 45-member Collaborative Engagement Group (2023 and 2024), which will meet in-person or online, depending upon the availability of members and any extenuating circumstances, such as lockdowns.
The scope of works includes but is not limited to:
* 1x 2 hour introductory session;
* 5 x 2.5 hour sessions (2023);
* 5 x 2.5 hour sessions (2024); and
* 1 x2.5 hour thank you session.
This work will also include:
* A pre-session planning meeting with Council ahead of the 12 sessions.
* Assigning homework as/when required to attendees.
* Providing Council with post session feedback.
* Creating a report at the conclusion of all Collaborative Engagement Group Sessions.
* Creating an overarching report at the end of the 2-year process.
