Aquatic Centre Merchandise for Resale Tender

ABOUT THE COUNCIL:
The City of Parramatta Council is located 24 kilometres west of the Sydney CBD and provides a range of goods and services within a local government area (LGA) encompassing some 84 square kilometres and comprises a population of approximately 260,296 people from a range of diverse cultures, lifestyles and experiences

ABOUT THE TENDER:
City of Parramatta (COP) is currently building a state of the art Aquatics facility with both Indoor and outdoor heated pools, Health and Wellness facilities, Community rooms and Cafe. The centre is expected to have visitations of 1 million plus per year with Health and Wellness Memberships more than 3000 and Learn to Swim enrolments reaching 3000. The centre is due to open in July 2023.

City of Parramatta Council (COP) requires a commercial supplier/s to provide quality aquatic and fitness related merchandise for the purpose of resale from the retail space within the newly built Parramatta Aquatic Centre. It is the intention of City of Parramatta to select a supplier or multiple suppliers to provide a range of products and support that includes but is not limited to:
* Aquatic swimwear for children and adults that provide patrons with options in
relation to quality, price, type, cultural sensitivities, and seasonality.
* Aquatic equipment and accessories for personal use including swim goggles, fins, kickboards, and towels that provide patrons with options in relation to quality, price, and type.
* Provide marketing/promotional collateral and space fit out
* Provide merchandise training for staff

Completed responses can be submitted via the electronic tender box (see option below) or in a sealed envelope and endorsed with the tender title, number, and closing date, and placed in the Tender Box located at City of Parramatta Council's Customer Services Centre, Ground Floor, 126 Church Street, Parramatta NSW 2150 by 10.00am Tuesday 7 February 2023.
