Tender Description
-
- Demolition, saw cutting and establishing works.
- Construct and establish drainage pipes and pits including, bedding, grouting, and compacted subgrade and pavement fill over/ topsoil.
- Removal of spoil and excess sub-grade earth to extents of site, including refilling holes with approved material and compacting.
- Earthworks and formation roadworks, constructing pavement base layer, and construction of concrete kerbs, edge strips and kerb and channel
- Formation of roads, pavement, bituminous surfacing works, including prime and two coat seal and reseal works.
- Construction of concrete footpaths and bitumen footpaths, driveways, and kerb ramps, including bedding, pavement, supply, and construction.
- Supply and installation of signage and line marking to site extents.
- Supply and installation of lighting, communication pit works, reseal works, and additional footpath works.
- Supply and install drip feed irrigation system to landscape irrigation specification
- Install downpipe watering system
- Providing disability access to shops and businesses
- All other contract works as specified in the contract documents and specification/ drawings.
- Tidying of site including grading out all spoil and earthworks, rubbish removal, and demobilisation
Note: All contractors are encouraged to use recycled material where possible e.g. glass bedding, recycled concrete etc.
