South Eastern NSW Primary Health Network (COORDINARE - SENSW PHN) invites Expressions of Interest from eligible organisations to support the development and implementation of innovative health promotion engagement and community-based strategies focused on youth (ages 12 to 24 years) to address the issues of smoking and vaping and /or risky alcohol consumption in this cohort across the SENSW region.
