VHBA is seeking to contract an appropriately qualified and experienced organisation with relevant skills and experience on High Value, High Risk infrastructure projects and, in particular, PPPs to provide programming advisory services for the Project across the Delivery stage of the Project (Program Advisor).
The Program Adviser will assist the Project Team in conducting the Project in an efficient, consistent, competitive and transparent manner, which:
• results in an optimal value for money outcome for government;
• complies with DTF’s Partnerships Victoria framework;
• complies with DTF’s high value, high risk project guidelines.
The role of the Program Adviser will be to support and advise the Project Team in the programming related aspects of each Project activity during the Delivery Stage.
