Indigo Shire Council are urgently seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to provide geotechnical investigation and reporting for verification of our structural engineers foundation and retaining wall design parameters used in the design of the new Gooramadda Rd large box culverts.
A one page brief is included as an attachment to this RFQ along with the civil design drawings. There are also some recent site photo graphs showing the site and a temprary side road under construction this week.
Council are hoping to award a contract for the civil works to install the new Culverts before Chirstmas with commencement likley on site around the second week of January.
We are seeking submission by of business (5pm) Tuesday 20th of December from suppliers available to action the necessary testing and complete reporting by no later than week ending the 13th January. Preferably earlier with civil tenders indicating availabilty to commence works around this time.
We appreciate that these are incredibly tight and perhaps unrealistic timelines so welcome any proposals outside these timeframes in lieu of nothing at all.
