Kingston Council (KCC) is seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced synthetic surfaces company to work with them on the Parkdale Tennis Club Resurfacing Project to replace the existing surfaces of three tennis courts.
The scope of works in this contract includes but is not limited to the following:
* Removal of the existing synthetic grass and disposal (preferably to be recycled)
* Clean all residual glue and dirt from the concrete base
* Undertake survey to determine if there are any concrete base rectification works
* Supply and install "Club 40" synthetic grass (to be supplied by Fieldturf and installed as per install
specifications)
* In-fill with kiln dried sand as per specifications
* Clean area
* Provide hand over documentation including a maintenance program
