Tender Description
Council is inviting tenders for the Baxter Park Pavilion Contract to upgrade the current pavilion at Baxter Park Reserve in Warragul to make it female friendly and compliant with Football Victoria's current facility guidelines.
The main features of the upgrade works to the Baxter Park pavilion will include but not be limited to:
- Lockable female friendly player changerooms.
- Welcoming and inclusive player amenities.
- Gender neutral, lockable official rooms.
- Storage improvements to meet relevant sporting code standards; Storage shed at pitch level, connected to power with concrete apron.
- New compliant First aid room.
- Public toilets accessible from both inside and outside the social room building of building.
- Accessible public toilet with baby change facilities.
- Office/ administration/ meeting room.
- Utility/ cleaner's room.
- Undercover spectator viewing area offering views to the synthetic pitch.
- Works to address building compliance including various access requirements and condition improvements.
NOTE: a non mandatory tender briefing/ site inspection to be held at 12noon to 1pm on Wednesday 14 December 2022 at 28A King Street, Warragul or otherwise negotiated.
