Tender Description
The Scope of Works for this Contract includes the demolition of the existing pavilion at HC Kim Reserve and the construction of a new pavilion to be undertaken as a design construct. This rebuild will include all service connections for the building. The new pavilion will consist of
- Six change rooms and associated shower/toilet facilities
- Public toilets within the site including an accessible toilet
- Social space within the pavilion
- Kitchen, bar and kitchen storage
- First aid room / office
- Two umpire facilities
- Undercover viewing area
- Foyer
- Storage
- Bin storage area
- Services area
- Car park and footpath works and new crossover
The current pavilion has been designed to a detailed design stage and the selected contractor will be required to undertake the construction of this design as a design and construct contract.
