Tender Description
Council is undertaking planning and design works for a new facility for Nairm Marr Djambana (NMD), also known as the Aboriginal Gathering Place, located in Frankston (within Jubilee Park). The redevelopment works include the demolition of the existing pavilion and reconstruction of a new facility. (Please refer to Appendix 1 - Functional Brief for full address/site location).
An experienced Architect and consultant team is sought to provide architectural design services, and other discipline design services for the development of the facility.
