Tender Description
Swan Hill Rural City Council invites quotations for from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the site preparation and lawn installation works along the McCallum Street Shared Path, Swan Hill. (area of approximately 33,000m²)
It is anticipated that works will commence by 30th January 2023 and be completed by 3rd April 2023 (approximately 2 months)
Responses will be evaluated using the following criteria:
Price will be evaluated on best value
Compliance of Specification (40%)
Track Record (10%) - Provide detail about similar projects undertaken
Availability of Skills/Resources (20%) - Personnel skills and experience relevant to this project
Social Economic Benefit (10%) - Demonstrate social and economic benefit to Swan Hill Municipality
Environmental Benefit (10%) - Demonstrate commitment to environmental sustainability
Detailed Works Schedule (10%) - Provide a detailed Works Schedule as part of your submission
