The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to engage with the construction market to gauge interest in partnering with Aboriginal Housing Victoria (AHV) to deliver social housing dwellings under the forthcoming round of the Social Housing Growth Fund (SHGF), and in the long-term as part of a strategic partnership.

AHV is seeking to form strategic partnerships with one or more suitably qualified builders that will provide both financial and non-financial benefits to AHV, their stakeholders and the broader housing sector.

Your submission will be recorded as being received after the transmission of all the files has been successfully completed. An online receipt will be displayed upon completion.

Email, facsimiles, hard copy or late submissions will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the respondent to ensure that tender submissions are received by EOI closing date/time.
