This Request for Proposal (RFP) document outlines the Tender selection process Woollahra Municipal Council (Council) is using to select providers to install and manage Advertising Assets on selected Bus Shelters to generate revenue for Council. Woollahra Municipal Council is seeking submissions to this Request for Proposal from experienced Out-of-Home advertising companies who have the ability to meet Council’s primary objective to maximise the potential commercial return to Council through Bus Shelter advertising. In this regard, the Bus Shelter locations selected are located in high pedestrian and/or vehicle traffic areas. Detail of the available Bus Shelters is provided in section 3.3 of this RFP.
