Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Opera Australia (OA) is the country's largest arts not-for-profit, creating and presenting an annual calendar of large-scale opera, musicals and concerts across Sydney and Melbourne 

OA are seeking a strategic media partner to plan, buy and optimise integrated paid media investment across digital and traditional channels under a retained engagement model. The appointed partner will work closely with our Marketing & Communications team, supporting both short-term revenue delivery (ticket sales and ROI) and long-term audience growth, brand development, and capability building.

Scope:

The scope encompasses full-funnel strategy and execution across key channels including paid search, paid social, programmatic, video, OOH, audio, print and partnerships, alongside responsibility for performance optimisation, analytics, and continuous innovation. Opera Australia operates in a complex, multi-product environment with campaigns spanning major seasonal productions, large-scale events, and national audiences, supported by a meaningful annual media investment.
