Tender Description
Swan Hill Rural City Council invites experienced and qualified organisation and individual contractors to submit tenders for Maintenance and Servicing of Essential Safety Measures.
To service and maintain all Essential Safety Measures (ESM’s) and equipment located within Council owned, leased, managed and maintained buildings across the municipality.
The Contractor shall undertake all inspections and servicing so that the building complies with the requirements of the Building Act 1993 and Building Regulations 2006. The Contractor shall maintain all services identified within each building and complete all relevant paperwork evidencing the maintenance to enable the Annual Essential Safety Measures Reports to be completed and displayed within each building.
Council may select more than one tenderer for this Contract.
Responses will be evaluated using the following criteria:
- Price will be evaluated on best value
- Compliance of Specification (35%)
- Track Record (20%) - Provide detail about similar projects undertaken
- Availability of Skills/Resources (30%) - Personnel skills and experience relevant to this project
- Social Economic Benefit (10%) - Demonstrate social and economic benefit to Swan Hill Municipality
- Environmental Benefit (5%) - Demonstrate commitment to environmental sustainability
